Cream Cheese Cupcakes

8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Beat well, add 6 oz chocolate chips.

1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/ teaspoon salt

Sift together; and then add:

1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Fill cupcake cups one-third with chocolate mixture, add a spoonful of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
