Scalloped Pineapple

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
4 cups bread cubes (4 or 5 slices)
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained

Melt the butter, add sugar, eggs, and milk. Stir, then add bread cubes and pineapple. Pour into a casserole, bake at 325ยบ F for 35-40 minutes until lightly browned on the top. Serve as a side with ham or on its own as a dessert.
